Eagles' Brandon Graham eyes potential return for Super Bowl 2025

Eagles Linebacker Brandon Graham is eyeing to return just two months after what was listed to be a season-ending injury.

Graham was ruled out for the remainder of the season in late November, due to a torn tricep.

In Graham’s last performance against the Los Angeles Rams, he recorded two tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss, three QB hits and a pass breakup. Graham had already announced ahead of the season that this would be his final year in the NFL.

“If I had to go out like this, I gave everything I got,” Graham told NBC Philly’s Ashlyn Sullivan.

As the playoff push begin and the Eagles hopes at a championship run grew, rumors swirled that Graham could be coming back.

During a WIP sports radio live broadcast, prior to the NFC championship game, the hosts asked Graham is would he be ready to go if the Eagles make it to the big game; referencing former Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens’ famously speedy return from a fractured fibula back in 2004.

“Let’s get there,” Graham said, when asked if he could take the field. “Let’s go win this week. That’s all I’m focused on right now. And then, you know, we’ll see something. … We’re not there yet. We gotta get this win.”

But as the Eagles have punched their ticket to Super Bowl LIX,  Graham could be relying on just adrenaline rush to suit up.

After the Eagles NFC Championship win over the Washington Commanders, Graham was asked if we’ll see him suit up for the big game. “We shall see,” Graham replied.

A torn tricep typically requires about four to six months of recovery, which means Graham would be sidelined until sometime between March and May. Graham is optimistic he will be cleared by Eagles medical staff for what could potentially be the final game of his NFL career,
