According to ESPN, the Philadelphia Eagles have traded Matt Barkley to the Arizona Cardinals for a conditional 7th round pick. If Chip Kelly decides to keep 3 quarterbacks, it looks like Mr. Tim Tebow will be a Philadelphia Eagle. Let the over reaction pursue!
