Local: ATM Machine Skeemmer On The Loose

Philadelphia Police are on the hunt for a credit card thief after a surveillance camera captured a man installing skimming devices on several ATMs in Philadelphia and Montgomery County.
Police say he has been installing skimming device on several ATM’s in the center city area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Department Major Crimes Unit at 215-686-3396/3397, or call 911.
