Ingredients
- for the bars:
- all pupose flour – 2 1/4 cups
- baking soda – 1 1/2 tsp
- salt – 1/4 tsp
- cinnamon – 1 tsp
- ginger – 2 tsp
- butter – 1 cup, softenend
- molasses – 1/4 cup
- brown sugar – 1/2 cup
- oats – 1/3 cup, quick rolled
- for the filling:
- cream cheese – 1 8 oz tub
- sweetened condensed milk – 1 cup
- sweet potato or pumpkin puree  – 1 15 oz can
- maple syrup – 2 tbsp
- sugar – 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- cinnamon – 1 tsp
- ginger – 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg – 1/4 tsp, freshly grated
- cloves – 1/8 tsp, ground
- eggs – 3 large
- for the icing:
- powdered sugar – 1 cup
- cinnamon – a pinch
- nutmeg – a pinch
- ginger – a pinch
- butter – 1 tbsp, melted
- vanilla – 1 tsp
- milk – 1 or 2 tbsp
