Mom charged with letting 3 year old pump gas
Police have charged 46 year old Theresa Moran, of Lancaster with endangering the welfare of a child. Police were called to a supermarket in Jan. & determined the boy removed the nozzle from the car without releasing the handle, spilling gas on himself. For more info log ontp www.6abc.com
